Run a Travel Journal Capture memories of your holiday
When I were twenty was my grandmother invited me to Europe for two weeks. I had never been abroad before and was excited about the trip. When I told one of my professors about my upcoming trip, he suggested to me: "Keep a journal. More than ten years later I am so grateful for his proposal, as I can on my memories of that first trip to Europe in my journal.Keeping a travel journal is caught very easily. Bring a journal with you in your vacation and to record what you be of interest. What is so interesting is that what your eye does not cover the tourist attractions, but some small detail, something in your hotel room or you overhear a conversation in the elevator, or maybe something about the transport system. Your magazine is the best gift could bring a holiday, as are most personal. It is a great idea, a diary-style that appeals to you. Whether it is lined or unlined paper, or a leather or a cover with a tarp – pick up a magazine that feels good in your hands. The size of your magazine is also important. Some people believe that a logbook should be small and very portable. But other people prefer working with a large format magazine. My journal has always been more than 8 ½ "x 11" as a regular size paper and that is the size that I prefer. I have not found any real challenges in the transport, it fits in a backpack. A good tip is to get a kind of waterproof cover for your magazine – is such a heavy weight plastic bag with a good seal or some of these plastic bags that you can find in a stationary shop. You never know when something might leak in your pocket, or it could begin to move – and this might just ruin your magazine. Remember also to enable the implementation of extra plastic bags or plastic bags back brochures and postcards to put in your diary. You will probably find things during the day that you want in your journal at night Paste in your hotel. After some light, it is the market half the battle. Always carry some with you when you write your journal. Remember to give the implementation of a variety of pens, markers, pencils or pastels, your magazine an artistic touch. Even if you can only do stick figures, a magazine has a way of liberation your creative juices. You can find things quickly scribble in the margins, or to write small poems. Maps are also a wonderful thing to consider for your magazine, because, to show where you been. You can show the card to glue sections to where you were on that day and then pursue another part on another day when you were on the following day. Bring a glue stick to stick postcards and brochures in your journal. Bring also a small pair of scissors to trim so that you can or cut them into shapes that you like. Keep these items handy in a plastic bag. There are so many things you can check that you capture in your journal. Impressions of sights that you saw on that day. A description of a meal that you have had. A description of a person you saw in a museum or a cafe that has aroused your interest. A list of things you would like to do on vacation. All the feelings that live up about being on holiday – traveling with frustration or how you feel about the hotel you are in, what your flight was like come. It's all the little details that make your trip to do. Here are some journaling prompts to get you started on running a travel / holiday Journal: What was my inspiration to come from?
