James MCNEIL WHISTLER (1834 – 1903)Born in Massachusetts, USA in 1834, James Abbot Mcneill Whistler spent most of his adult life in England and France.
He was specialized in landscapes and portraits. Stylistically he is often linked with Claude Monet and August Renoir.
